Great protein bars – low GI hit

Ive been using these bars to "maintain" my weight as I recoup from Ankle surgery - Meaning i havent been able to do ANY cardio - I have maintained my 160-165 lb 8%BF with the help of these bars - PB&J is probably my favorite - seems like the GI hit is very low - (non diabetic that does blood tests daily!!) Ive tried EVERY bar on the market - and now I exclusively use these bars (dont work for the company :) ) - 630 am - just ate Peanut Butter Supreme -21 grams of carbs - 17 grams of fiber - morning meal ; 5 minutes after eating bar - BS = 98 60 minutes later - BS = 78
